That love led us to create Bustan, a hidden garden in the heart of Koh Phangan, where we host intimate tasting menu dinners just two nights a week.
Bustan was born from a desire to slow down and create something meaningful.
We usually close during the low season to keep it our favorite place—a space that stays special, for us and for those who join.
Our pescatarian kitchen is guided by seasonality, simplicity, and creativity. Each menu is built around what’s fresh at the local market, allowing the natural rhythm of the island to inspire every dish.
Our true passion lies in hosting—in watching people connect, laugh, and share flavors around a table. There’s something quietly magical about food and the way it brings people together. That’s what keeps us inspired to open the garden gates, again and again.
